… for me the premium is offset by highly skilled mechanics, a shuttle service that gets me to and from my office, Service Managers who know what they’re talking about, always aim to please and drive to get the job done as quickly as possible. I have never been referred elsewhere and they have never not fixed the problem regardless of the complication.

Christian Brothers Automotive in Round Rock does terrific work and they have an amazing staff! Everyone is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and they get the job done right the first time. They are honest and reliable with competitive prices, and they seem happy to answer questions. I’ll keep going back to Christian Brothers whenever my car needs service, and I’ll continue to recommend them to anyone looking for auto repairs.

Their first rate quality of work and 1 year or 12000 mile warranty is hard to beat. The work will be thorough and complete versus other short cut places that look like they charge less. You won’t have to go back for a repeat job otherwise there is no charge if reported within a year. The shuttle service is really good. It is personally driven by the owners, Chip and Diane (Round Rock location). They even pick you up either from your home or work so you can pick up your car when ready. Nobody, not even the dealer, does that as normally you have to rely on a friend/family to get back to the shop. If you value work done right the first time and everytime, this is the place to go.

I have been using Christian Brothers Automotive since they opened. (Both locations: Round Rock and Cedar Park on 620). And I couldn’t be happier with the service that I receive. They are friendly, courteous, treat me with respect, and are honest. They fix the problem and will recommend what might need to be done in the future. I have never had to worry about them replacing something that didn’t need to be replaced. They operate on Christian principles and this means that I can trust them. I recommend them to others and everyone has been satisfied. How blessed we are to have this shop in our area. Kudos to Christian Brothers Automotive!

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was by the customer service I received just moments ago via phone when calling to inquire about prices and services at your Round Rock location. I called to inquire about pricing for an alignment for my 2004 mustang and had the pleasure of speaking with, first, Keith and then David or Steve (I do not remember his name). Both were very helpful and informative and really took their time to discuss and explain things about the questions I had. I really appreciate it, especially being a woman. They both took their time and I never felt like they were rushing to get to the next customer or sale and they explained things in a way that was easy to understand. You came highly recommended by Master’s Auto Craft in Pflugerville and I certainly can see why. I will definately be using your shop in the future. Thank you

My husband and I have been using Christian Brothers for years now. Chip and Diane have a fantastic team, and always go out of their way to make us feel welcome. My husband is a very precise kind of guy, and he wouldn’t think of letting anyone else touch our vehicles! They make it really easy for us. We really appreciate their pickup and delivery service in the courtesy van. Sometime, when our schedule just won’t move, we leave a vehicle there over night and pick it up the next evening. The work has always been great, and the charges on our credit card are accurate. We love Christian Brothers! Thanks for all your awesome service Chip and Diane!!!

It’s never NOT A HEADACHE when your car needs repair and most of the time you write checks your *** can’t cash. But if I had to recommend a place… it would be these guys!! Christian Automotive is AWESOME! They are super friendly, work fast and their operation is structured, professional and very clean. Most importantly they have great diagnoses personal so when they do work, they do it the right way. Even better? When they diagnose and fix what they think is the problem and it turns out not to be… they don’t charge! (has never happend but it’s comforting to know their honest standards) Now don’t get me wrong, Christian is expensive in my book but you pay for what you get. And after some research… I found they are defiantly within the market pricing. Normal labor is now between $86-96 an hour. Can you believe that!!?? Anyhow, if your TRUELY looking for honest mechanic’s…. and they are HARD to find… trust Christian Brothers. Their name alone is a statement of faith… but so is their work. I believe that this repair shop has the right balance of leadership and technical capability. I would recommend that anyone do business with CB Round Rock if they are looking for Christian people in business who strive to be honest and ethical and pride themselves in making the customer feel at ease by explaining the repair process and shooting straight with the customer.
